with traditional trimmings (boneless white and dark meat) with chanterelle mushroom & turkey chorizo stuffing, gluten free pan gravy, Spicebox whisky cranberry sauce, and garlic butter pomme purée 

Smoked Boneless Fraser Valley Pork Rack 

with maple & apple slaw, fall vegetables, and honey garlic brussels sprouts 

Vegetarian Option

Substitute turkey and pork for vegan nut roast with miso maple gravy

Sticky Toffee Pudding 

with whisky caramel, and chantilly cream
